Edoque is a delivery service for farm-fresh and premium food products. During the post-pandemic period, the company was actively growing on the e-grocery trend, but the lack of a mobile app limited LTV and order frequency.

Challenge

Build a tool to increase audience loyalty, shift orders from web to mobile, and automate customer interaction processes with deep integration into the existing IT infrastructure (website, CRM, ERP, analytics).
